成人式前のGWは駅前のお店は何処も予約でいっぱい。
てなこって、宿から車で2分のこちらのお店へ。
越の白雁 黒松2合800円を和らぎ水とともに冷でいただきながら、栃尾揚げwith納豆をつつきます。
そして、1100円定食って！これ、小料理屋レベルのフラットな味付けおかずは所謂アテレベル。
なかなかこのレベルの定食にはありつけないな。
ごはんは新潟グレードのガス窯炊き、味噌汁は越後味噌、旨い以外言葉がない。
グレード高いし、大将も若いから、進化に期待できます。
因みに、店名から愛知の名古屋を期待される方もいらっしゃるかも知れませんが、メニューはガチな魚メインの新潟系です。
