石焼きプレートがペレットになっていて 自分で焼き加減を調整するのですが お肉がプレートに貼り付いてしまって 剥がすのが大変・・・そして 剥がし切れずプレートに お肉を少し持っていかれちゃいました。
家の近くの贅には 夜メニューにも 1000円ランチ（夜でもランチ）があるのですがこちらの店舗には ないようです・・・
さる～ん＆贅は 店員さんが親切ですし ステーキも好みの味
