肉が食べたくて、古正寺店に来ました。
カイノミを使った贅ステーキランチの１５０グラム（税込み１３５３円）を頼みました。白ご飯の大盛り、ソースはオニオンソース、さらに無料のガーリックオイルを追加。
熱々の鉄板に載ったステーキが出てきたところでオニオンソースにガーリックオイルを加え混ぜて、さっそくいただきます。肉、柔らかい。うまい。ご飯も硬めに炊けていて、いい。みそ汁がまたいい出汁でひいてあるような味なんだなぁ。ステーキは一口大に切ってあるので、箸でいけます。
サラダのドレッシングも酸味を抑えてあって、いいなぁ。
ただ、ガーリックオイル、おいしいんだけれど、入れすぎるとガーリックオイルの味が強すぎて肉の旨みを楽しめません。ガーリックが主役か肉が主役か分からなくなってしまいます。なので、ガーリックオイルを使うにしてもほんのちょっとにした方がいいかも。
この値段で食べられるステーキとしては秀逸だと思うなぁ。
