２０２１年７月１５日 初見
今週は長岡市川崎方面を開拓中。
新潟県糸魚川市に本店があり県内６店舗展開しているコチラ。
県内和食チェーンといえば見附市が本拠の「里味」が有名。
コチラはどのような感じか、試しに１人での訪店。
１１時１５分に入店、先客不明。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入口未開放。
テーブルにパーテーションがナシ、席間は従来営業時との差は不明。
入口付近キャッシャーに常駐店員が不在で少々戸惑いました。
たまたま店員さんに見つけてもらい、１人を告げ御案内。
全室個室で座敷かテーブルかの選択でおススメとの事で座敷に。
注文は部屋に備え付けタブレットで行います。
その他、水、オシボリ等は入口付近にまとめてありセルフ。
配膳の時も台車のようなモノに載せられ運ばれるし、個室でもあり囚人気分。
コロナ禍では最良のサービスかもしれないが、１人だと何とも味気ない。
注文したのは炒飯・ラーメンセット９７９円、餃子４２９円。
餃子とラーメンは８分、餃子は更に７分後に。
全体的に味・ボリュームは普通でした。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
