広い駐車場を備えた大型店です。すしやとんかつ、ラーメン、チキンなど、なんでもあるファミレスのようなお店で、完全個室がうり。
それはいいのだけれど、店側の効率ばかりに重きをおいた接客システムになっていて、客の我慢を前提にものごとが考えられているように感じます。
まず、お店に入ると支払いカウンターがあります。店員さんは支払い対応している人しかおらず、「いらっしゃい」もなく、入り口で放っておかれました。奥のスタッフにヘルプを求めるとか、客に「少しお待ちください」というとかすれば良さそうなのに、それもなし。人員を削っているため、これが常態なのでしょう。人手が足りないのであれば、あいさつをしっかりするなど、客を困惑させないような手立てをとっておく必要があると思います。
メニューの種類は豊富ですが、大半が１０００円を超える価格。チャーハン＆ラーメンのセット（税込み１１９９円）をいただきました。ラーメンはそれなりの味でしたが、炒飯は油のつやがなく、注文を受けて炒めたものではなく温め直して出す作り置きのもののようです。これでこの価格はかなり高い。
経営効率は大切ですが、度が過ぎると客が離れていきます。
