初めての訪問です。休日の開店時間１１時に来店したらすでに８割の席にお客さんの姿が、カウンターに座り「みそらーめん」をお願いし着丼を待ちます。開店１０分後には入り口に並んでいらっしゃる方々が数人、人気店なのだ。
数分で着丼です。
キャベツ、もやし、にんじんたっぷり、これでもかというくらい入っています。
スープは熱々です。
ラードがスープの熱を内側に閉じ込めてくれてます。
味噌の風味がいいですね。
麺はあえて太麺にはせず中麺です。
美味しくいただきました。
