[正油ラーメン]
新潟ラーメン遠征！
新潟のご当地ラーメンとして知られる“長岡生姜醤油ラーメン”の代表店【らーめん ヒグマ】
本店は小千谷市にあり、私も数年前に訪れた事があります。
今回は長岡市にある【らーめんヒグマ 長岡店】へ行って来ました。
18時過ぎにお店へ。
駐車場は共同でたくさんスペースがあります。
券売機があり
正油ラーメン 800円
を購入しました。
カウンターやテーブルのある広々とした店内。
ラーメンが到着。
麺は、
細ストレート麺。
ツルッとして弾力もある
おいしい麺です。
スープは、
長岡生姜醤油ラーメンと言われる清湯。
明確に生姜の存在感が強く、醤油のキレもあるスープ。
土台は豚骨と思われる動物系で、クラシカルな仕上がりながらパンチのある
おいしいスープです。
トッピングは、
チャーシューやほうれん草、メンマ。
久しぶりにヒグマのラーメンを食べましたが、やはり生姜や醤油のパンチがありますね。
