こちらのモンさんは、時間があってゆっくり食事を楽しめるときに来ます(^^)
季節やその日の仕入れによって前菜やメイン、パスタのメニューが変わるのでいつもワクワクします。
ランチはセットの前菜ののったごちそうサラダが付いていてお得です(о´∀`о)
注文は、ピザを2種。4種のチーズ・アンチョビときのこ。ランチを2つ、あさりと青菜のパスタ・スパイシーミートソースです。
ピザはパイ生地をしっかりさせた感じ！
サクッとしっかりとしたかみごたえの生地に濃厚なチーズがたっぷりとそれぞれの具材の味が楽しめます！
パスタは太めのアルデンテ(^^)
ソースでごまかさない味付け。少し薄味かなと思うけど具材と食べると食材の風味や旨みが引き立ちます！
前菜もひとつひとつ美味しくて大満足です！
