平日のお昼に来店しました。ちょっと入りにくい細い道沿いにあるので見つけにくいお店ですが、駐車場もしっかりありますし店内もキレイなお店です。カウンターに座り餃子定食12個700円を注文し待つこと数分で着丼されました。きれいに焼き上げられた円盤餃子ですね。無料でご飯の大盛りもできますが、餃子の量が多いので普通盛りで十分ですね。カウンターの上には醤油、酢、ラー油、胡椒があり最初は酢と胡椒でいただきます。野菜たっぷりでニンニクが入ってない感じなので平日でも食べられる餃子ですね。カリッとしっかり焼きあげられており餡の野菜の柔らかさとの食感が良く途中から醤油、酢、ラー油多目でいただいた方が好みでしたね。付け合わせのレンコンのサラダは箸休めにちょうど良いサクサク感と味で結構な量の餃子ですが最後まで美味しくいただけました。
