¥1000 Souffle Omelette Rice French Bar, Melimelo. I visited because the name of the restaurant caught my eye. I saw on Tabelog that they serve lamb Medicinal Food power green curry for lunch, but unfortunately they don't. The normal green curry is also only available on Tuesdays and Fridays. Please note that lamb is not available for lunch! The interior is like a warm general store. There are many general goods and accessories, as well as magazines. There is beer on the blackboard on the wall. The menu is written on sticky notes and masking tape on a wooden board. It's cute. Out of stock items have masking tape with "We are not here" written on it, which makes me feel happy. I ordered the souffle Omelette Rice, which is limited to three meals a day. The cutlery box is full of playfulness♪ It comes with lettuce, but I was only given a spoon. I waited about 15 minutes for the souffle Omelette Rice. The egg looks bubbly♪ It is covered with demi-glace sauce. The ketchup rice wrapped in egg is easy to eat, and I was happy that it had shrimp in it. There were about seven fish in it! The outside of the soufflé omelette was nicely browned, and when you bit into it, the oil oozed. The inside made a sizzling sound every time you put a spoon into it. It was delicious. This was my first attempt at making a salad with a spoon. Yep, it was so hard to eat. I wonder if the demi-glace sauce was a Medicinal Food? It was a colour I'd never seen before. It wasn't reddish enough to be called brown. It had a tart flavour that made it delicious. The two waiters, who seemed to be a married couple, were not wearing masks. I was surprised that they were not wearing masks not only in the kitchen, but also when they came to take our order. They also had a long conversation with a regular customer who came after us.
