8月からコースのみになるそうなので
7月中に訪問して色々食べてみることにしました。
ビブグルマンなので期待です。

どれも美味しいでしたが
特に良かったものは

あゆは小さいですが
さすが琵琶湖産
身の美味しさと
内臓の苦味が
しっかりとしてます。
食感はサクッと軽く
ワインやビール によく合いました。
ポルチーニ茸のリゾット
訪問日当日に届いたポルチーニ茸で
本日のおすすめでした。

センスの良さそうな飲みやすいワインで
どれも美味しいでした。
ワインや料理の説明等も丁寧で
ビブグルマン受賞だけあり
ワインを飲みながらの食事には良いお店です。
