長岡に新しくできた馬喰ろうさん。
馬刺し好きには、たまらないお店です。
早速行ってみました。
ちなみにこちらのお店は、長岡でレントや灯りを運営しているノブサーズがフランチャイズで運営しているらしいです。
お店に入ると、半分くらいの入りでした。
そして馬刺し盛り合せをいただく。
なかなか普段食べられない部位もあるので、ＧＯＯＤ！そして、おいしい。
馬刺しの脂が私は好きなので、とっても満足な味でした。
そして、馬喰のとりあえず3兄弟を3種類ともいただきました。
