ほぼ確信犯のタレカツ丼である。
新潟風よりは小さめ厚めの肉で、群馬よりのイメージ。
作りは丁寧で美味しくいただきました。
ウーン、思ったより時間がかかったので、新幹線は1本（1時間）遅らせないとダメだなぁ。
