写真は夜のようですが、お伺いしたのは夕方5時前です。（写真は5時ちょっと過ぎですが）旧和島村、旧寺泊町の境、元はドッチかな、店名からして和島？。国道116号線の沿線ですのでとてもわかりやすい。お持ち帰りは口コミしない私ですが、イートインのカウンターがこちらにはあって、そちらでガンジーチーズのクレームアンジュとカプチーノをいただきました。（ミルクプリンをお持ち帰りしたんですけどね。）クレームアンジュのガーゼに包まれたこの形状、西新潟のケーキ屋さんでもたしか提供してますよね。ガンジー牛乳ってさっぱりとしているけど旨味があり、後味さっぱりって印象があるんですが、こちらのフロマージュムースはまさにそれです。中にはフランボワーズが入っていてそれとのバランスもよくできています。美味しいです。コーヒーもミルクの入ったものしか無いのですが、いただいたカプチーノのミルクも臭みの無いガンジー牛乳らしい旨味がコーヒーによくあっています。なかなかいいお店だと思います。寺泊に行った際に立ち寄るにはお薦めかと思います。
