I arrived in Nagaoka in the afternoon, so I looked for a place to eat lunch somewhere inside the station, but as expected, there were long lines everywhere at noon on a holiday, and if things continued like this, I'd become a lunch refugee. Wandering around the main street, I entered a restaurant that was open, but it was full.I was about to give up, but then I saw Orion Gyoza / Dumpling hope, I attacked it.Oh, I can sit down! I chose Ramen Gyoza / Dumpling set from the lunch menu.It seems to come with rice, but it would be too high in calories, so I asked for it to be cut.The bowl arrived in about 5 minutes, and it was a wonderful tonkotsu Ramen noodles were medium-thick, and the toppings were thick. A set of 3 Gyoza / Dumpling with 1 slice of chashu, spinach, boiled egg, and seaweed.Take a sip of glass beer.The smell of pork bones isn't too strong.The noodles have a firm texture.The Gyoza / Dumpling has a lot of flavor. It was delicious even without the sauce.As expected of a restaurant that mainly focuses on Gyoza / Dumpling not really good at tonkotsu Ramen, but I was able to eat it properly.Thank you for the meal.
