ブランド牛の焼肉を満喫
その時に良い牛肉を仕入れるため
安定しておいしい肉が食べられます。
仲間内で長岡で飲む時〆でよく利用してます。
肉は物が良いため値段設定高めで
ご褒美的な焼肉屋ですが
店の雰囲気自体はどちらかというと高級感少な目なので気楽です。
ブランド肉以外にも
ワインにも力を入れ始め、7月訪問時には日本酒用の冷蔵庫も入れるようなことを聞きました。
都会(笑)にしては高めの肉が多いですが
ランチ使いより
オススメの肉をガッツリ食べるのがオススメです。
脂のおいしい肉は
肉の旨味でタレも成長します。
私は安目の肉はけっこう後半食べてます。
いっ○のような胸焼けもないので
1軒目使い～〆使いでも大丈夫です。
