長岡で焼き肉が食べたいということで探したこちらに行ってみました。
場所は車で行く方が行きやすいので車をおすすめします。
外観はまるでロッジのような雰囲気で、感じいいです。
石垣牛目当てだったわけではないのですが、到着すると石垣牛ののぼりが。
結構期待できるのでは？と思いつつ入店。
中に入ると入り口には色んなブランド牛の入荷証明が。
着席し、赤身やホルモン含め数店注文。
石垣牛系を中心に頼みましたが、やっぱり赤身がうまい。
焼きすきは卵に絡めて食べるのが絶品。
席も広々取られてるので、ゆっくり美味しい肉を楽しめます。
