以前からオープンしたのを知っていたが、行く機会を逃していたお店。
長岡の『麺屋 松』の姉妹店らしい。
メニューを見ると、ごま辛そば、出汁そばの二択になる。出汁そばを選択。
大盛も同じ値段。今どきのラーメンにしては、安い
着丼。見た目は、麺屋松と全く違う風貌で、そばの名が似合うラーメン
スープは、醤油濃いめで、豚、鳥、魚介を感じる。どちらかと言うと和風が似合うスープ
麺は、細麺で腰があり、うまい。
具材も、豚チャーシュー、にんにく風味の鳥チャーシューと凝っている。
全体的に、バランスよいラーメンでした
