道の駅「ながおか花火館」のフードコートにあるそば屋さんです。
メニューの写真で見る限り、そばはもう一つのような気がしたので、うどんにすることに。うどんの良い悪いが一番よく分かるざるうどん（税込み６９０円）にしました。
券売機で食券を買い、窓口で渡すと、できあがりを知らせるブザーを渡されます。待つこと５分。窓口に受け取りに行ってみると、「そば、うどんを注文された人は自由にお持ちください」と案内がある小鉢に入った天かすがありました。それも持ってテーブルへ。
うどんは中太で、表面はつるっとした食感があり、弾力もまあまあ。つゆは少し濃いめですが、悪くありません。
なかなかおいしいのですが、量が少なめで、ちょっと物足りない。
