こちらのお店、‘21年4月に開店だそうで、私のナビには地番も載っていませんでした。場所は見附の方ならわかりやすいのかもしれませんが、よそ者の私はナビ様だよりです。
駐車場はお店の前に完備です。新しいお店なので店内は綺麗です。4人がけのテーブルが3卓、奥に小上がり席がありました。カウンター席も数席あり、お一人様にも対応してます。
ご主人は中国東北部（昔で言えば満州）出身だそうで、特にご主人がいらした地域は朝鮮民族の方もいたそうで、中国東北部と朝鮮民族系の料理があるようです。と書きましたが麻婆豆腐みたいな中華の定番はしっかりありますね。加えてこちらお店の紹介文には「広く知られている中華料理を、健康に良い食材・調味料・調理法で健康志向にアレンジし、家庭的な雰囲気でふるまう「健康中華料理」店です。」なんて書いてあります。一番はっきりしているのは野菜の油通しをしないそうです。あ、でも薬膳ではありません。メニュー的には普通の中華です。
で何をいただくかですが、まず五目麺は野菜を油通ししないということが想像できないのでパスです。次に限定10食の辛味噌玉蜀黍麺に猛烈に惹かれますが、辛さがどの程度か判らないので、誰かの後追いでいただくこととします。最終的にオーダーしたのは「朝鮮民族風焼肉定食」880円です。あ、言い忘れましたが、こちら原則お米は玄米です。炒飯もです。（お願いすれば白米も可のようですが確かではありません。）
その朝鮮民族風焼肉ですがとても美味しい。ベースは焼き肉屋さんの焼き肉ですが、アッサリとした味付けでアブラっぽさがありません。では旨味はどうするかと言うことですが、玉ねぎの旨味とニンニクは使われていると思いますが、クミンシードがとてもいい仕事をしています。しかも適度な辛みが相まって箸が止まらない美味しさです。さらにサラダもなかなか美味しい。ただ、油分ゼロの醤油ベースのスープがやや塩っぱい。アブラを控え香辛料を使わないとどうしても人を納得させるには味を濃くすることと塩分を強くするしかない。そんな感じかもしれません。実際、相棒がオーダーした「麻婆豆腐定食」を少しいただいたのですが、こちらの醤油ベースの餡も若干塩味が強い。それでも味が複雑に作られている餡は旨味たっぷりでしたけどね。それでもってジジイの私が食べ終わった後にもたれ感は全くありません。健康中華料理に偽り無しです。
