夕食を食べに新潟の見附に行ってみました。
お目当ては、こちらの味っ佳さんに。店名は「みっけ」！みつけにみっけ。かけているのかな？
オープンは21年の4月らしい。
ご主人は、中国の東北部の出身らしく、その味を知ってもらいたいとオープンしたとのこと。（地域誌情報）
お店に入ると、時間も早いこともあり先客ゼロ。
テーブル席にカウンター数席。小上がりが4卓ほどだったかな。
お目当ての担担麺に半チャーハンを頼みました。
担担麺。
スープをひと口。口の中に広がる旨味。クリーミーでマイルドな味わい。
でもその中に、たぶん山椒が主張する。
そして、それ以外のスパイス感も感じられる。
ほどよい辛さです。
メンの硬さも私の好み。
最後まであっという間に食べてしまいました。
チャーハンは、パラパラ。
このチャーハンもＧＯＯＤです。
ここのお店の味は、私の好みでした。
