今回は小千谷のたねやさんへ。
小千谷市総合産業会館サンプラザの１階にあります。
向かい側には、ラーメンの人気店があって行列ができていました。
いただいたのは、たねやうどん小。
小があるのはうれしい。
うどんは、米粉うどん。たねやさんは米粉麺ですから。
米粉麺。透き通ったきれいな麺です。
そしてもちもちしている。そしてつるつるといただける。
お昼二軒目なので、ちょうどよい量で、サラサラいただけるこの麵はちょうどよかった。
