平日のお昼下がりランチタイム前に訪問
11:40位だったが、席は満席でタイミング良くお客さんが帰ったので入れた感じです
お店は新幹線高架下の脇で分かりやすいというか
少し奥まってて分かりにくさもあるお店
初来店だったのでメジャーな中華そば
塩と醤油の葛藤
長岡という地理もあり醤油＝生姜醤油の味
という先入観から塩に決定
券売機のシステムで最初に食券の購入
麺も細麺と太麺を選べるので気分と好みで選べるのもいい
すぐに着席し、店内のお冷やおしぼりなどはセルフサービス
ほかの店には無いサービスの茶碗蒸しが目の前に
全てのラーメンに付くスタイルのようだ
出汁茶碗蒸しで具材は無いが出しの旨味たっぷりで美味
五分ほどでラーメンも着丼
早かったのは細麺にしたのもあるのか？
丼には鶏チャーシューとロールされた豚チャーシューにカイワレと白髪ネギに海苔
うっすら鶏油なのか丼に浮かんでいるのが分かる
麺は博多豚骨ラーメンの麺と同じ様な極細麺
博多ラーメンは好きなので嬉しい選択だった
チャーシューもレアで美味しかったです
ご馳走様でした
色んなサイトを見るとメニューが替わるお店
店名の三ヶ月しか食べられないというものらしい
今度の訪問時は店員さんに聞いてみよう☝️
