ゴルフ練習場の隣にあるラーメン屋です。市中心部から少し離れていますが、広い駐車場があることもあって、結構混んでいます。
平日のお昼にお邪魔したら運良く順番待ちはなく、すんなりとカウンターへ。その前に食券を買うのですが、塩白湯にしようか迷った結果、店の看板商品でもあり、「一番人気」とお店がうたっていることもあって摂田屋ブラック（税込み９２０円）にしました。数少ない１０００円未満商品です。
出てきてびっくり。たまり醬油を使ったスープは予想通りの漆黒でしたが、麺まで黒い。これにほうれん草と厚みのあるチャーシューが２枚、小口切りのネギが載っています。
麺ほ中太の縮れ。表面はつるんとしてのど越しのいいタイプですが、ちゃんと弾力もある。黒いので、何か刺激があるのかと思ったら、口に入れたとたん、柔らかな口当たりで少々驚きます。滑らか、柔らか、そして味に深みと甘みがあります。見た目とは大違いの優しい味。
チャーシューは嚙むと歯がしっとりと食い込むような柔らかさ。ほうれん草の量も多めで、いい仕事をしています。確かにくせになりそうな味わい。
