「ラーメン 750円」
開店から二年目を迎えた新店。「たいち」で働いていた人らしい。メニューは基本的に「ラーメン」一本勝負。生姜醤油ラーメンで真っ向勝負の店だ。平日ランチで利用。
地元の年配客でけっこう賑わっている。店員と親しげに会話し、既に常連っぽい人たちばかりだ。私は券売機で「ラーメン」を購入。
ラーメンは実にオーソドックスな生姜醤油ラーメン。濃い色の強い醤油ダレ、スープもおそらく豚骨煮だしの非乳化スープ。ほうれん草、メンマ、切り落としチャーシュウ、刻みネギの、長岡生姜醤油ラーメン王道トッピング。
麺は18番中太麺か。緩やかな手もみの縮れがかかっている。安定感のある奇をてらわないラーメンだった。
