こんばんは亀治です。新潟県見附市にある、きんぼしと言うお店に行ってきました。
このお店はラーメン屋さんです。現在食べログでは掲載保留になっていますが、ちゃんと営業しています。
メニューはラーメンやちょっとしたご飯物、唐揚げ等があります。
今回はDX特製鶏煮干し醤油と小ライスを注文しました。
DX特製鶏煮干し醤油はスープがドロッとしていてかなり煮干しの風味が強い印象です。鶏だしも感じるのですが、やはり煮干しの香りが凄かったです。
麺はストレートの中太麺でした。モチモチしていました。細麺も面白いかもしれません。
具材は豪華で味玉、チャーシュー、海苔、メンマ、木耳、玉ねぎ、柚子でした。
美味しいラーメンでした。
