鶏煮干しそば 煮干しつけ麺 初訪問 きんぼし @見附市?
開店間もないようです。
自家製らしき麺は中太ストレートでなかなか良い。
ちょっと流行りのドロドロ系な煮干しと鶏出汁
こういうの好きな人にはいいんじゃない ?(笑)
ひもかわうどんぐらいな平麺が一本入っていてなかなかおもしろいかも^ω^)
活きのいいオニイサンの店っぽい外観だったけど、若い女性4人で切り盛りしていたのはちょっと意外でした(笑)
