煮干好きでずっと気になっていた見附市坂井町にあるこちらへ初訪問。

唐揚げはタレと塩が選べたので塩に。
10分ほどで着丼、煮干しのいい香り。
鶏煮干しスープを一口、ガツンではなくすっきりした煮干し感、好きなやつ（＾ω＾）
中太ストレート麺はツルモチ（＾ω＾）
薄めの豚バラチャーシューは味しっかりの旨いやつ（＾ω＾）たまねぎや柚がすっきり感を演出、
唐揚げはサクじゅわ、塩梅も（＾ω＾）
美味しくいただきました。
