11時半過ぎ、待ちは10人ほど。5分ほどで着席。
チャーハンはかなりあっさり目でパラしっとり、それにとろとろな肉あんかけがたっぷり！
あんはわりと濃い目で黒コショウが，効いててパンチあるが、あっさりめのチャーハンとよく絡んで、バランスよき（＾ω＾）
卓上の酢をかけるとよりさっぱり（＾ω＾）
美味しくいただきました。
