柏崎で萬来さんに寄りました!
12時ちょい前の入店です!
先客3組、後客2組。
値段高めの設定です。
まだ先客も料理は出ていませんが、デカ盛りかな?
とんかつが食べたかったのでカツカレー普通盛にします。
20分くらいかかると言われましたが、頼みました。
カウンターの隣の人は、カツ丼を頼んだみたいで山盛りのカツ丼が着丼です。
やっぱりデカ盛りのお店でした。
20分ほどで着丼です!
おおっ!山盛り!
ご飯は、500g以上700〜800くらい有りそうです。
ご飯山盛りの上に、キャベツのネットしてカレーが掛かっています。
このキャベツが鉄筋替わりになってカレーがこぼれないようになっているみたいです
カツは厚みが4㌢くらいありました。
肉は、ロースの重ねなのかバラなのか赤味と脂身が交互にありました。
厚みが有るので柔らかいとは言えませんが、硬くはないです。
衣は硬めでしたが、カレーが掛かってほど良くなっていました。
肉には、味付けされていないのでカレーを付けて食べました。
カレーは甘めで、福神漬がアクセントになります。
もう少しスパイス感が欲しいかな?
デカ盛りが欲しくて来た訳ではないので、申し訳ないですが、残してしまいました。
普通の大盛りとか2人前なら残さず食べる自信はありますが。
肉丼かカツ丼にしておけば良かったかな?
