こんばんは亀治です。新潟県柏崎市にある、花月食堂というお店に行ってきました。
私は6年位前に柏崎勤務の時があり、地元の方から勧められたお店です。
柏崎では評判のいい有名なお店です。
メニューは定食やラーメン、丼物、カレー、うどん等があります。
今回は大半の人が注文する、焼肉定食をＷ盛で注文しました。
Ｗ盛とは、ご飯とお肉が大盛になるものです。
最初に冷奴、味噌汁、漬物が、次にごはん、最後に焼肉が運ばれてきました。
ご飯ですが丼の縁から結構盛りがって山みたいな大盛でした。炊き方も良くて、甘みがあり、歯ごたえのある美味しいお米でした。
焼肉ですが、薄めのバラ肉が7・8枚位だったと思います。タレがとても美味しくて、ニンニクが少し効いていて、とにかく美味しいタレでした。
肉の下にはキャベツとスパゲッティがありました。
スパゲッティはソース味みたいな感じで、ちょっと食べたことない味でした。美味しかったです。
キャベツは盛がよくて、柔らかくて美味しかったです。
冷奴も冷たくて、スーパーで売っているみたいな物とは違って美味しかったです。
今回焼肉定食食べられて良かったです。亀治お勧めのお店です。
