ほんとに美味しいコーヒーを飲んできました
柏崎駅より歩いて10分弱にある喫茶店。
一階は珈琲豆販売店
二階に上がると、喫茶店となります。
ただ、残念なことに、
コロナ対策で長居は出来ません。
今回、頼んだのが、
スペシャルセット
ペルーベロニカとクリームチーズケーキのセット
注文を受けてから
豆を挽いてくれるので
珈琲豆の味と香りが部屋内に立ちこめます。
丁寧に淹れてくれたコーヒーは、
熱すぎず、ぬるすぎず
非常に飲みやすい温度。
チーズケーキも甘すぎず、すっぱ過ぎず
一挙にいただきました。
列車の待ち時間に行ってみてください。
