本日は休暇、で行きたい店や場所に行く。
あさイチで、気になっていた一軒目のコチラ。
長岡でも珍しい本格的な珈琲専門店。
１０時に入店、２階の先客１人。
入口に除菌スプレー、検温ナシ、店内換気は出入口が未開放。
テーブル・カウンターにパーテーションがナシ、通常席配置との差は不明。
１人を告げテーブル席に着席。
本日のおすすめから、スペシャルセット６２０円を。
オリジナルブレンドと栗ムースケーキのセット。
待っている間、先客とマスターとの珈琲の話。
素人にも丁寧な説明で、横耳に聞いていても為になる。
自宅での入れ方に一工夫できそう。
５分で配膳。
良い香りと苦味の無いマイルドが味。
甘味とまで言わないが、非常に美味しい珈琲。
ケーキも普通でした。
満足＆満腹ごちそうさまでした。
