柏崎市刈羽方面に有ります。
国道から少し入ったところにあり目立ちません。
カウンターとテーブル、小上がり席が有りますが、カウンターに着いた。
江戸前二八蕎麦の看板ですが、田舎そばなんかも有ります。他の方のレビューを見ると三色盛りが多いね、せいろ・田舎・変りそばの三種が一度に愉しめるものです。
実際に注文している人たちは、せいろや天せいろが多いようだ。
カツ丼セット(930円)をいただきました。
カツ丼、せいろ蕎麦、冷奴、漬物のセット。
カツ丼は一見すると少なく見えるけど、丼の底が深くご飯の量は多い。
カツは小さめで薄い。
玉子は少し火が入りすぎかな、もう一個玉子が入っていた方がバランスも良さそうだけど、味は普通に美味しい。
蕎麦は細めで整っていてコシもあり、ツルツルとしていて美味。
つゆの甘辛さも丁度良い。
蕎麦湯はさらっとしたタイプ。
薬味に大根おろしと山葵、ネギ。
大根おろしが良いね。
次は他の蕎麦も食べてみたい。
