新潟の柏崎に、ランチもやっているお寿司屋さんがある。
ならば行ってみようと柏崎に。
ナビを頼りに行きましたが、なかなか発見できずやっとのことで到着でした。
お店に入ると、結構混んでいましたが、時間もランチ時間からちょっとずれているので、すぐに座れました。
握りの上を食べようと思っていたのですが、それは予約がいるらしい。
そこで、すしとラーメンのセットにしました。
ラーメンは、麻婆麺に変更。同じ値段で変更できます。
そして、こちらのお店の一番人気は麻婆麺らしい。
同じ時間にいたお客さんは、ほぼすしラーメンか、麻婆麺の単品のようでした。
さて、麻婆麺。
とろみはそれほどなく、あっさりしていました。
麻婆麺の中では、今まで食べた中で一番サラサラという感じです。
豆腐達と麺を一緒に食べてちょうど良い感じでした。
お寿司は、5貫。
いかげそ（たぶんヤリイカ）、赤身、赤エビ、白身2だったかな～！？
可もなく不可もないお寿司でした。
麺の量は結構あるので、お腹いっぱいで満足できました。
