柏崎で人気の中華料理店です。
花見がてら海岸線をドライブして柏崎に午後１時半。
柏崎に来たら行ってみたかった北京へ、なんとか入店できました。
お店入口には券売機、その上にメニュー表があります。
こちらに来たらうま煮ラーメンかマーボーメンかの２択と思ってましたが、
マーボーメンを任せて自分はうま煮ラーメンをお願いします。
とろみ抜群のうま煮はたっぷりのシャキシャキ野菜とキクラゲ、タケノコ、豚肉。
甘い餡で、ベースのスープは醤油ラーメンらしいキリッとした感じ。
ですが、合わさるとマイルドに。
麺はイメージ通りの細麺のちぢれ麺。啜り心地抜群です。
何食べても良さそうなラインナップ。ライス系も気になりますね。
