柏崎市『北京』さんです。
私が以前、仕事の関係で柏崎市に住んでいた頃によく行っていたお店がこちら。
いやぁ、あの頃はよくお世話になりましたよ。
ここで私がよく頼んでいたのが、ここの一番人気メニュー！
そうです
「うま煮ライス」¥750
です！ 拍手っ（パチパチパチ）
なんてったって、熱々でボリューミー
白菜、豚肉、ほうれん草、キクラゲ、タケノコ など具沢山なんですよ。
醤油味のトロトロ熱々の餡が絡んで最高‼︎
あ、急いで食べると口の中ヤケドしますよ。
そして、北京さんは餃子もなかなかいけますよ
「半餃子（3本）」¥230
皮が厚めでモチモチ食感。
パリッと感はありませんが、しっとりモチモチな感じで中の餡もたっぷり詰まって食べ応えあります。
柏崎に行った時は、必ず寄りたいお店のひとつです。
