柏崎市と言うより、此方は高柳町。冬になると雪深い山間地。夏と冬では様相が一変するだろう。
県外からの移住組のご夫妻が営む国産小麦・天然酵母のパン屋さん。この地での営業での品数は頑張っている方だと思う。
残念なのは、全てのパンにラップ包装がされている事。様々な意味も有るのだろうが、個人的ににはハード系には許せない。
