麦麦ベイクさんは、長野県から新潟県の内陸・豪雪地帯に入って
そこから海沿いに向かって行く途中にあります。
何度もアタックしているのですがいつも売り切れ。
新潟県の皆さん、朝早すぎです。
今回、平日に休みができたのでしつこく出かけて行ったら
ヤケテマスの看板が！
ヤットカエマス！
これを持って長野県に引き返してもいいくらいの達成感です。
カンパーニュ、ドライトマトとチーズのライ麦パンなどなど。
表面にほどよい弾力があって、なかはぱすっとしてます。
発酵シテマス。
あんぱんが、甘さ控えめで美味しい。
豆そのものの甘さで勝負って感じでしょうか。
クリームパンも、いたって甘くないです。
シュークリームっぽく感じるような。
そこはかとない酸味を感じるカンパーニュ。
ライ麦パンも、娘がこどもの頃初めて作ったパンみたいな見た目なのですが
ほどよい硬さと香ばしさ、トマトとチーズの味をはっきり感じます。
山の中では、組み合わせが～とか考えられているのかわからないけど
勝手に植物たちが成長していて、その光景は人間が作ったものより美しい、
そんなことをふと思ってしまう素朴な田舎っこパンでした。
クリームパンまた買いにアタックしようかな。
