温泉宿に日帰り入浴目的で訪れたのですが、併設されたお食事処が美味しそうだったので昼食をここに決めました。
注文はタッチパネル。基本セルフサービスでコスト低減をはかっています。
せっかく来たので、地域独特なメニューを注文したいところ。
がんもカツ定食が食べてみたかったけど売り切れでは仕方がない…
それでも他にも珍しいメニューを見つけました。
豆腐フライ定食980円を注文。
現金、電子マネー、クレカどれでも対応してるのはありがたい。しかしながら高齢者にはタッチパネルの注文方法がわからずキョロキョロ…店員さんはいないので助けも来ず。これはお手伝いするしかない。せめて見えるところに店員さんがいると良いのですが。
注文すると番号チケットが発券。出来上がるとモニターに番号表示されるので厨房に取りに行く。
豆腐フライは揚げ出し豆腐に近い感じ。醤油で食べるのかと思いきや、ゴマドレ、マヨネーズ、ソース、レモンがついてくるのでそれぞれ付けて食べてみました。
豆腐単品だったら醤油だと思ってたのですが、豆腐ってサラダとかにも入るし、ドレッシングでも合う！付いていた全てで1つずつ食べましたが、個人的にはゴマドレが1番良かったです。
温泉のついででしたが思ってもみない良い出会いでした。
