復興応援ということで、一部が寄付してくださるメニューでした。
当日は村上市の味噌ラーメン、石川県の能登の味噌ラーメン、食堂ニューミサさんのラーメンの3種です。
白味噌の能登のは甘みの強い例えていうとお雑煮ラーメン、村上市のラーメンは赤味噌ラーメンという感じ。
ニューミサさんのラーメンは一口食べて美味いのひと言です。ニンニクの効いたスープに一味のピリッと感、身体の中に熱が湧き上がるイメージ。
冷凍ラーメンの取り寄せする事確定です！
ラーメンではありませんが、おにぎりもいただきました。ふわっとした握り方といい、お米のお味といいなかなかの逸品です。
