新潟に住む妹を訪ねた帰り、直江津で一泊することになり、夕食に偶然入ったお店です。
新鮮な海の幸は当然ですが、驚いたのはご主人が遊び心を心得ていること。女性二人で入ったのでメニューにはない小さなムースを出してくれ「何かあててみて！」と言われました。
実はバナナのムースでこれが上品な甘さで絶品！こういうのがサービスだなぁとつくづく感じました。
鍋も一人前から注文できるので出張族には嬉しいです。
