久々の直江津出張。
駅前で軽く一杯やり、一旦はホテルへ戻るも早い時間ですし腹六分目ですから
街の様子を見る為に再度外出。
日曜日の夜は どこもかしこも開いていませんね。
街中をぐるっと一周する際、一応覗いてみたらラストオーダーの時間でしたが
入店が叶いました。
早速辛い担々麺と焼き餃子を注文。
店内の照明が少し暗めですから、とても落ち着く空間であります。
待つ間にメニューを眺めましたが、高級店ですね。
おおよそ6分程度で餃子、その2分後に担々麺が登場しました。
餃子は特徴が無いといいますか、所謂普通の餃子でした。
酢と白胡椒で頂きました。
辛い担々麺には、油で揚げた唐辛子が沢山乗っています。
辛さを移したオイルも、当然混ざっている事でしょう。
まず食べてみますと、まぁまぁな辛さ。
その奥に美味しい甘さを感じます。
ここでテーブルに準備されていた花椒の粉を大量投入。
一気に痺れる担々麺に早変わりです。
おかげで食べ終わる頃には思い残す事が無くなり、その夜は
よく眠れたのでありました。
