上越で仕事があり、上越家へ行けるかなぁと思ったら、定休日。家系食べたい身体になっていましたが、中々家系が見つかりません。
食べログ見ると、煮干しが有名な、こちらのお店がきになり、初訪問。
店内へ入ると、カウンター10席、テーブル席3卓。
注文制です。
・ 天照
・ 大盛
・ ライス
をお願いします。
この時点で、注文しすぎを、自覚しています。
待つ事数分で提供頂き、先ずはスープを一口。
たまり醤油との事で、見た目よりもまろやかで、バランスの取れたスープ。
麺は、中細麺で、しっかりとした麺です。
チャーシューは、バラ肉が柔らかく煮込まれており、味付けも良く、美味しいです。
ライスは、普通です。
美味しく頂き、完食。
