上越市の高田城にて満開の桜を見た日に少し遅めのランチで訪問しました。駐車場はありましたが自分が停めて満車。入り口には並んでましたから暫く外で待機。スタッフさんに呼ばれてカウンター席に座りました。アマテラスを注文していただきました。
ズルズル…美味い！
濃厚なスープに麺が絡みながら肉も同時に喰らいつく！これが堪りません。大盛にしましたが久しぶりにあっという間に完食してしまいました。
