上越へ日帰り出張となりランチは高田駅周辺で食べることになり地元の方のオススメで此方のお店へ。つけ麺、煮干し中華そばが太麺を使っているので迷いましたが天照を注文。
重厚感ある豚バラチャーシュー、たっぷりのネギ、極太メンマ、味玉、なると、柚子が入ったラーメンです。煮干しと中華スープのバランスが良く、小麦感あるストレート麺との相性が良いです。豚バラチャーシューは炙っているのでジューシーさが増しネギと一緒に食べると最高です!柚子で後味をさっぱりさせ、老舗店ですが現代風にアレンジされています。
年配女性の優しい接客も良くまた訪れたいと思わせてくれるお店でした。
