新潟県上越市。
『米屋のコシヒカリ弁当』の名の通り、お米やさんが経営するお弁当屋さん。
けっこう昔から有るような気がします。
電話注文してから取りに行きました。
コロッケ海苔弁と、からあげおかずのみを購入。
コロッケ弁当は海苔弁の上にコロッケとちくわの磯辺揚げがトッピング。
コロッケは、まあ普通に美味しい。
お米も美味しいけど、最近は大手チェーン店もお米が良くなっていますよね。
からあげは、醤油の風味が強い。
美味しいけど、ちょっと揚げすぎかな、硬い。
薄衣でカリっとした食感、個人的には好きです。
