「米やのコシヒカリ弁当」って看板にひかれて。
上越の高田の駅から少し歩いたところにある、弁当屋で昼飯を買う。
唐揚げ弁当５５０円にする。
フタが閉まらない。ゴロゴロと大きな唐揚げが５個。
千切りキャベツすら入っていない。潔い唐揚げ弁当である。
ではでは
唐揚げをガブリ。衣は薄い。表面がカリカリの唐揚げが旨い。
ご飯をかきこむ。少し、やわらかめだけど、ぴかぴかの銀シャリが旨いね。
副菜は昆布の佃煮、ピンクの大根漬け、卵焼きが半切れ。
御飯の真ん中には、カリカリ小梅が１個。
掛け紙に、「波動位が高いミネラルウォーターで作ったコシヒカリのごはんはいつもほっかほか」だそうな。
完食。満腹で、ごちそうさま。
