Located about a 15-minute walk from Naoetsu Station on the JR Shinetsu Main Line, Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Ya's [Yakiniku (Grilled meat) Moranbong Main Store] has recently been renovated and opened with a completely private VIP room. We have a total of 3 restaurant, 2 restaurant in Joetsu City and 1 restaurant in Niigata City, and we are a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop that is currently in Norinori. It's also appearing on Hikakin's Youtube lol This is my first visit to the main store, but I'm already surprised by the exterior and interior! The stylish interior and the box are huge! First of all, I started warming up with half-killed kimchi mixed with namul morote senmai sashimi lol For the grilling, I had two types of Wagyu black tongue, but it was good! I'll use fresh meat, and it's really Wagyu beef the best! The Mr./Ms. carefully grilled the ribbed loin, and it was delicious! Two types of sauces are also available, and you can use your favorite sauce ~~! I got 3 types of hormones and an additional Hachinos and Kamimino. 〆 is... Yakiniku (Grilled meat) I don't eat rice at the restaurant because it makes me fat, but I heard that Moranbong uses Niigata rice directly from the farmer, so I ask for it. It's grainy, shiny, and sweet, and it's delicious! Hats off to the high level of rice in Niigata. The short rib soup was also spicy and the rice was good. The accounting was surprisingly cheap, and it was a Yakiniku (Grilled meat) shop with outstanding cost performance.
