オーセンティックバーの外観では、100%なかったが
1歩入れば別世界なのかと仄かな期待をしたが、想像通りの焼き鳥屋さんでした(笑)
まず、メニューがガチャガチャでまぁ見ずらい。
上を見るとなんとも、天井にもメニュー。
名付けてイナバウアーメニューだとか(笑)
食べたかった白レバーは、無かったけど
普通のレバーも美味しかったです。
ササミはミディアムレアと表記されていたけど、中まで火入れされてましたね。
鶏の刺身も食べたかったけど、なんと条例で新潟県は
鳥の生は禁止だそうです。
美味しいちゃ美味しいけど、雰囲気が合わず再訪は無いですね。
